Reservation Deposit: Your requested dates can be reserved once we receive your reservation deposit. This is typically half of the total amount due.

Damage Deposit: A separate damage deposit check of $200 is due before arriving. After cleaners have inspected the condo to ensure nothing is damaged or missing, we can either tear up your deposit check or return it to you.

Cancellation: If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to check-in, money paid will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the condo with no lost time or revenue. Bookings longer than 10 days must give 60 days cancellation to receive full refund of money paid unless we can re-rent.

Storms: If a NAMED STORM threatens the area, money paid will be refunded. If a storm does approach and an evacuation order has NOT been given but guests elect to stay, owner reserves the right to make storm preparations (i.e. board windows/doors, etc.) as necessary.

Accommodations: Our condo can sleep 7 with 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 double bed with a twin bunk over it.

Furnishings: Our condo is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. and stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots & pans, utensils, cable TV, and VCR.  An initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper and bathing soap is provided, but you are responsible for replenishing these supplies for use during the balance of your stay.

Non Smoking Units: Please do NOT smoke in our condo or in the screened porch.

Pets: In consideration of our guests who have allergies, we do not allow pets in our condo.

Washer/Dryer: Clothes washer and dryer are available in the condo.

Telephone: As all our guests now use cell phones no telephone service is provided.

Check-in Time: To give our cleaners time to prepare the condo for your arrival, check-in after 4:00pm local time.

Parking:  Ample parking in front of building, no assigned space.

Keys: Lockbox located at the front door and combination will be given once you’ve paid in full. Please leave key in lockbox upon leaving to avoid forfeiting your deposit. You will be charged for lost keys or locksmith fees if necessary.

Heating & Air: If it is hot please open the door and windows to cool down before turning on the air conditioner (it will be quicker and also save energy). If you lower the thermostat, do it 5 degrees at a time to prevent the unit from freezing up

Fire Extinguisher: There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen for your safety.

Checking Out: 1) Please empty wastebaskets and put trash in outside bins. 2) Please load dishwasher. 3) Set A/C on 75 F or heat on 55 F as applicable. 4) Turn off lights and appliances, lock all windows, doors and sliding doors. 5) Remember to take all your personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for items left at the condo. 6) Remember to return key to lockbox. 7) Leave the condo in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

 Check-out Time: To give our cleaners time to prepare for the next guests, check out time is 10:00 am Local Time Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not abide by this check out time.

Damage Deposit: Damage deposit will be refunded after cleaners have inspected the condo.
